Ear phones stay in place well enough when I run, although not during vigoraous workouts. The speaker units are larger than many alternatives and can be uncomfortable when laying side of head against a pillow, as they jam into my ears. Overall I like these headphones, but not more than other generally less expensive alternatives. However, I purchased them on sale and am happy with their value.
