good value buds

Bass is heavy without drowning out everything else. I never owned an expensive pair so I can't compare these $29 ones to those. Overall, I think they are a good value; I like them and they suit my needs ( mainly listening to rock).

no more bass than the cheaper ones

Would fall out while running due to the 1inch or so of plastic that covers the wires that come directly out of the ear bud. Ear bud would rotate, plastic ends would contact my ear then ear bud would fall out. Might work for some, but definitely not for me. Went back to cheaper sony ear buds. What extra bass? It's a marketing joke and over priced.
