Great headphones, just not comfortable for me

My only complaint is the headphones fit awkwardly in my ear and wound up hurting after more than 20 minutes of use. This may just be an issue for me but if it wasn't for that it would most likely be a 4/5 star rating.

Would fall out while running due to the 1inch or so of plastic that covers the wires that come directly out of the ear bud. Ear bud would rotate, plastic ends would contact my ear then ear bud would fall out. Might work for some, but definitely not for me. Went back to cheaper sony ear buds. What extra bass? It's a marketing joke and over priced.
