These headphones are great for the price. sound great. work great feel good. the only issue i have with these are if you tap the wire or cause friction on the wire, you hear it all throughout the music. as well don't fall asleep with them in. might or will make your ears hurt a lil. over all great. just wish the in ear component was a bit smaller. might make for a better hold.

The sound is pretty good, and the noise cancellation seems ok. I could easily make out the difference, once I tried my Apple earphones. Works very well with iPad too. I got a good deal, at BestBuy, and with a Price Match it was a sweet deal. Also Brand Sony is something to reckon with.

One of my favorite wired head phones. This purchase is my third set. Sound great. Stay in my ear. Relatively cheap. Good mic. Hold up to abuse. Recommended.

I generally do my homework before I make a purchase - my wife says I do TOO MUCH homework - because I hate to be disappointed. Such was the case with these Sony in-ear earbuds. I could have spent three times the retail price of these but I could not find a compelling reason to spend that much more when the sound quality of these is outstanding. With sound coming out of a smartphone, most of it already compressed in some fashion, it makes little sense to spend more. These are very comfortable, have the phone controls you need, and the oval-shaped cord eases untangling. They come with a nice draw-string carry pouch as well. I got the blue because the store was out-of-stock on the black and I'm glad I did. The blue ones look nice without being overly flashy. Try them out for yourself.

I love the fact that it sounds like you having your living room surround sound when you are at work or out and about. The best part is the sound stays best when your neibors at work can't hear what you are hearing and interup them.

Pretty good sound for the price, at least for my old ears. The bottom end is here but not too overwhelming like beats and the highs don't distort. I do not listen at high volume levels however so I don't know how they work above a low to moderate volume. I don't usually listen to higher powered devices like my phone, mostly my good ol' Creative Zen MP3, but these buds work just fine for that. On another note, these are not active noise cancelling, but they do an okay job of shutting out some background noise.

Got these earbuds on sale at BB for 24.99. And I'll tell ya. For the money they are super great sounding. The bass is great and they are comfortable.

Sound is great , comfortable fit. Only neg is cord does tangle sometimes.

The Sony MDRXB50AP/B earbuds are some of the best value earphones I have experienced. For the money, they have superior sound quality, and a decent mic for your phone (only issue is the mic is a little low on the wire so that it can rub on your shirt/blouse and make background noise). In addition to the sound quality, they are very durable. I accidentally put these earbuds in the clothes washer, but absolutely no problem. Gave them some time to dry and presto they have been working great for the last 4 weeks. I have been (and continue to be) a long-time Bose earbud / headphone loyalist and Bose is obviously superior in sound/mic quality and mic control versatility, but these Sony earbuds are excellent for a quarter of the price!
