I wanted them to plug in for zoom calls. Once in your ear, the echo chamber is unbearable. I have used numerous other headphones, ranging from cheap disposable to higher end and none are this bad. Of course once its used and out of the package I don't have any options.

When the first pair was acting up, I took them to Best Buy with my receipt & had the replaced, no problem. When they were replaced, I was given $21 back because of price drop. These headphones are completely unreliable! They skip songs, the song speeds up, it's reception is awful. Such a waste of money! So frustrating. Do not bother!
