WOW. I am an amateur midi musician, a post film sound guy, audiophile and I am in love. Totally worth the money. A few years ago I got some skull Candy headphones for my phone and after they broke I decided to get another pair. Those sounded much worse than my first and broke within three months. Today I read a few reviews and since I trust Sony I went with these. Really WOW. They are perfectly clear and precise and have that lovely bass boost. Deadmau5 has never sounded better except on my very expensive AKGs. WOW!

The sound quality is superb. Well worth the price. Highly recommended. Wish there is volume control.

We purchased these headphones as a gift for a teenager girl. She reports that they sound great with a good mid-range and enhanced bass.

I have been using Xtra bass headphones from sony and just added this one. Bass is awesome and vocals are crisp. Only downside for me is that it can get a little tinny at times. I changed the eartips to the smallest ones and boom fixed it. I did tried it for running on treadmill and i must admit, wired earbuds are very annoying, pretty sure you know that, if you're gonna use this for casual listening go for it, for sporty type I'd recommend wireless ones.

Good sound quality, easy fit into ears, comes with a carry case. Overall sounds really good for the price. Would recommend

When I first took it out the box, I was pleased with how the quality sounded, though the main reason why I bought these were so that they'd last a decent amount of time. About a little under 2 months from getting these, already the left earbud went out. I don't use these when I'm physically active, so I don't see how this could happen. The mic quality however was above par which wasn't a seller but it was a nice plus. Had these earbuds actually not die on me these would be an easy 4 to 5 star product.

I recently bought these earbuds by Sony because I had earbuds that we're by the same company that we're probably the lower version of these earbuds and they kept breaking every three months and the sound quality wasn't that great. But when I got these I was astonished. The sound quality is superb and they so far haven't broke but I only had them for a day so nothing's gonna happen in a day.

Great overall headphones. AMAZING for the price. I've had UrBeats and Fidue a71's and I prefer these.

Headphones is built pretty well. Audio sounds great. Comes with a nice pouch. Fits well as well.

I never leave reviews, but these headphones are awesome! I bought these at a Best Buy kiosk at the airport, and I'm super happy with them - bought them like 3 years ago, and use them all the time - Sony provided a reliable product for sure! Totally worth 50 buck!

Finally. I have bought five different highly rated ear buds in the past few months looking for more power and less distortion. I would use an equalizer app to try and shape the sound but the headphones couldn't get there or they couldn't handle it and they'd break up. These are absolutely flawless. We all have music that strain our speakers and we even fear may blow them. The sonys can handle it all.

Good full sound and bass, but after just a few weeks of using them (admittedly too loud), I've definitely damaged one of my ears. Never had the same problem at high volume with other brands, so I'm guessing the extra bass may have been the culprit. Be careful.

Love these headphones. They fit perfectly and sound great.
