For the price, you can't beat these headphones. However, they haven't been the best against wear-n-tear. The ones I have now have started to have issues with the left earbud cutting out, and fiddling with the cord where it attaches to the headphone jack makes the sound come back. It's for this reason I purchased the protection plan which is a no-brainer for this product since it gets plenty of use and abuse. It's worth it for this pair of earbuds though, they are my go to set.

While not advertised as noise cancelling, they very effectively blocked out all cabin noise and even brought out the doppler effect of waves crashing on the beach clearly. These little buds are a great value for the modest investment.

Bass is awesome, the mid and high are great as well. I went out on a limb and bought these ,but recommend them for sure.
