Small earplug doesn't make your ears hurt, and you would barely feel its presence. The sound is also perfect.

Every since I found them I have been happy the sound quality is good and the microphone works perfect.

Earbuds fit nicely and stay put. The sound is quite good as well. They significantly reduce the amount of ambient noise. Unfortunately, they also drown out your own voice like earplugs making it very difficult to hear your own voice. This makes me tend to speak very loudly when I wear them to talk on the phone. I will likely replace them with a pair that picks up your own voice through the headset but, will keep these handy for the gym or yard work.
