I took it to the closest store, got a new one, but the same problem. Also even with 3 sizes it doesn't fit in my ear. Maybe that's the problem. I tried my wife's apple iPhone ear buds, and they work fine and fit much better and give more volume. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 4
