While in the store, I debated between these and a pair of Skullcandy buds that were the same price. The sales associates talked up the Skullcandy ones, but having had Sony headphones for YEARS, I decided to stick with what I know and I bought the Sony buds. Within less than 5 minutes of opening up these bad boys and putting them on, one of the buds shorted out. So I went back into the store, receipt and packaging in hand and walked out with the Skullcandy buds I was so unsure about. I'm sure this was probably a one-time thing, but it was a pretty bad surprise, so this review isn't really a "DON'T BUY THESE, EVER," but more of a, "heads up, this might happen." Also, shout-out to the Best Buy Mobile store employees who took care of me in record time!

Could be better

I like to wear the earbuds in one ear so I can hear what's around me. In order to get ok sound you have to have both in. I have had other Sony headphones that were much better. These are just cheap and feel flimsy.
