||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use these daily, to listen to music and when on phone calls, I fold then neatly and put them in my pants pocket everyday. After 6months, the right head phone went out and will no longer work. I have no exposed wires and nothing is loose, so I'm not sure what happened. My 90day warranty is no longer valid, but at least the left head phone and microphone still works I guess....

Improvement over Apple

Was never happy with them and when one side died, I bought Sonys without checking reviews but for the price. Very happy with the comfort and sound.

These headphones are high in both categories. They do wear out within 1 year; however, purchase protection/warranty and you're good to go.

Sometimes I forget my good headphones, so these are a backup. I paid the princely sum of just $12. I use them with my iPhone 6. They don't have volume controls, but that's ok. They do have a pause button and it works just fine with my iPhone. Considering I only paid 12 bucks for them they are a steal. I use them mostly to listen to podcasts and the voice quality is more than adequate. I have not used them for music.
