I typically go through a set of these inexpensive Sony earbuds every couple of years. I've replaced these several times over, and at such a low price, it's not a great expense. In fact, I purchased two sets this last go around because they were on sale at a price even cheaper than usual. The sound quality is quite decent, and I'm using them mostly for soft, nighttime listening.

The sound was good, they fit nicely in my ear.
