These do not perform as well the bass seems a bit tinny but others (MIDS & Highs) are ok. The EX's were at most stores $10 a piece. I bought these at $15, so I'm not a fan, feel like this is a step back in sony's previous attempt at having clean, crisp, sounding ear buds..but I guess $15 doesn't get you much anymore...so maybe I shouldn't complain.

Works fine for iPad

Now everybody is happy. They work fine and are fairly durable as he has used them for a few weeks and they still work. Like most teenagers he is a bit hard on everyday items. For the price they would be hard to beat.
