You always have a feeling that its going to fall off. Definitely does not work as a sports bud, you will need better ones if you are planning to jog with it. If you are using for normal calls in home or at office, it will do the job.

The sound on these are pretty good for general music too and use them for my workout

I have used a set of Bose wired in-ear headphones for probably 10 years. The wires began to fall apart and I chose to try the Sony ones. They are just as good, if not better, than the Bose.
