We are sorry to hear what happen. The sound may become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction. When the built-in battery is running low and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly, while the speaker is being powered by the built-in battery only. When the rechargeable built-in battery is running low as a result of long-time use of the speaker at a loud volume even though the speaker was connected to an AC outlet by a USB AC adaptor (commercially available) or to a computer that comes equipped with a USB charging port.

Great sound from a little speaker!

They are wonderful. My oldest uses it in the shower all of the time. Now I don't have to listen to the music loud from her phone sitting on the sink! It gets wet every time she showers and is working perfectly for four months now. Very easy to charge as well!
