We're sorry if you're not satisfied with the sound of the speaker.The loudness as well as the sound quality of this speaker will depend on the source that you're playing and audio device that you are using. Also, take note that sound becomes low while in use when the rechargeable built-in battery is running low as a result of long-time use of the speaker at a loud volume even though the speaker was connected to an AC outlet by a USB AC adaptor. The SRS-XB13 can also be paired with another SRS-XB13 if you want more powerful sound.

Truth be told, I am really disappointed about the lack of volume. Even at the highest setting, the volume is simply too low. If you do purchase, be sure to hold on to your receipt & the packaging until you are sure the volume is acceptable. I didn’t save the packaging so I can’t return mine. This wasn’t cheap so it’s disappointing - there are better options for half the price.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. The volume & sound quality of the speaker will depend on the source that you're playing. You may also find different devices will perform better than others, as will different apps due to different audio compression and transmission types. Also, make suret he sound may also become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction. -When the built-in battery is running low and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly, while the speaker is being powered by the built-in battery only. -When the rechargeable built-in battery is running low as a result of long-time use of the speaker at a loud volume even though the speaker was connected to an AC outlet by a USB AC adaptor (commercially available) or to a computer that comes equipped with a USB charging port. Make sure to charge the built-in battery sufficiently
