If you find the audio quality is not that great, you can adjust the BLUETOOTH audio streaming playback quality. The “Priority on sound quality” and “Priority on stable connection” modes are available as options for the playback quality of BLUETOOTH audio streaming. “Priority on sound quality” enables you to perform playback settings of SBC and AAC, so that you can enjoy high quality sound via BLUETOOTH connection. Thank you for the review. The loudness as well as the sound quality of this speaker will depend on the source that you're playing and audio device that you are using. Also, take note that sound becomes low while in use when the rechargeable built-in battery is running low as a result of long-time use of the speaker at a loud volume even though the speaker was connected to an AC outlet by a USB AC adaptor. The SRS-XB13 can also be paired with another SRS-XB13 if you want more powerful sound.

We regret to hear that the speaker hasn't performed to your standards. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Sound volume may vary depending on the source content. Make sure to turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device. The sound may also become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction.
-When the built-in battery is running low and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly, while the speaker is being powered by the built-in battery only.
-When the rechargeable built-in battery is running low as a result of long-time use of the speaker at a loud volume even though the speaker was connected to an AC outlet by a USB AC adaptor (commercially available) or to a computer that comes equipped with a USB charging port.
Make sure to charge the built-in battery sufficiently.

While we are pleased you are satisfied with the exceptional sound quality of our XB13, we are really sorry you are encountering an issue switching from Stereo pair mode to just using only one of the speakers. If you want to use only one of the speakers that were used with the Stereo Pair function, you will need to press the (power) button to turn on the speaker, then press and hold the (BLUETOOTH)/ST PAIR (Stereo Pair) button on one of the speakers until you hear a beep to terminate the Stereo Pair function.
Note: Turning off the speaker does not terminate the Stereo Pair function. When the speaker is turned back on, it attempts to establish a connection with the Stereo Pair function. To use the Stereo Pair function, turn on the other speaker within 1 minute.
