I took off one star because it comes with a 2inch cord and no way to charge it which is frustrating without almost all electronics now.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the supplied accessory of the unit. The XB13 doesn't come with an AC adapter for an AC outlet. You may already have one that will work, as most cell phones/mobile devices come with them. We do not include them as a way to reduce waste. If you don’t have one, you will need to purchase a USB AC adaptor (commercially available) that has the ability to output in 500 mA and up if you prefer to charge the unit to an AC outlet. You can also charge the speaker's built-in battery by connecting the supplied USB cable connected with the speaker to a computer that comes equipped with a USB charging port as well. If the length of the USB Type-C cable is not sufficient, you can use other USB Type-C cables to charge your XB13 speaker. For more information on how to charge the speaker, visit the link below.
