We want to make sure you are getting the most out of your speaker. To get the most out of the volume, turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device. Please make sure that the speaker is fully charged, especially after it has gone below 10%, and hit the auto volume limiter (designed to keep your speaker battery healthy & safe). You may also find different devices will perform better than others, as will different apps due to different types of audio compression and transmission.
