We do apologize for the inconvenience. The sound quality of the speaker will depend on the source that you're playing. Also, take note that sound becomes low while in use when the rechargeable built-in battery is running low as a result of long-time use of the speaker at a loud volume even though the speaker was connected to an AC outlet by a USB AC adaptor.
