We're sorry if you're not satisfied with the bass of the speaker. The loudness as well as the sound quality of this speaker will depends on the source that you're playing and audio device that you are using. Also, take note that sound becomes low while in use when the rechargeable built-in battery is running low as a result of long-time use of the speaker at a loud volume even though the speaker was connected to an AC outlet by a USB AC adaptor.

Used it while paddle boarding and I was the only one that could hear it. However I could feel the down fire base which was pretty cool.
