We do apologize for the inconvenience. This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have. For the loudness/volume, this usually depends on the source that you're playing and audio device that you are using. Also, take note that sound becomes low while in use when the rechargeable built-in battery is running low as a result of long-time use of the speaker at a loud volume even though the speaker was connected to an AC outlet by a USB AC adaptor.

To get the most out of the volume, turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device. Please make sure that the speaker is fully charged, especially after it has gone below 10%. You may also select the audio streaming playback quality to priority on sound quality for high quality sound via Bluetooth connection
