Amazing sound for the money

I first tried Bose SoundTrue in-ear headphones to replace a pair I had before. I really like them, and they are more comfortable for working out, but they didn't have the bass I was looking for. I then tried the Sony MDR10R wired, but I missed the volume control. I read great reviews on these headphones and I drove right back to the store to exchange the MDR10R for this set. I am very glad I did. The sound is fantastic over both Bluetooth and the included audio cable. I never realized how convenient wireless audio was until I tried it. The pads are very comfortable, although they get warm after extended use; this is likely due to the lack of ventilation holes that would reduce the bass, so it is excusable. The bass boost is a nice feature, although I do not use it all the time because the bass is usually sufficient without it. Having the option to use the audio cable without the battery is a big plus. I used them all day and night before the battery needed to be charged, so the cable won't need to be an option that often anyway. One big plus for the over-the-ear style of headphone is that the pads do a decent job of dampening outside noises. They are not noise-cancelling headphones, but they do pretty well without it. I can't wait to use these on my long flight and to watch movies late at night.
