However, the range is definitely not near as good. I was able to even walk outside in my backyard with my old Sony headset but with this headset I am not even able to leave the immediate area without losing the signal. This is fine if you only want to stay close to the source. The other thing that is a minus is that it is a noticeably more challenging to turn on with my system. Other than these two things this is a very good headset.

My only complaint is that it it comes with only a USB charger.... Can't charge it use it fully functional at the same time.

My husband is very picky about sound quality and hates listening when I watch the news, now he just puts these on, links them to his phone or tablet and grooves to music until the new is over. I use them while watching Netflix on my computer when he is watching football. We can sit right next to each other and listen to whatever we want without bothering each other. Great value.
