After reading reviews from different websites, I was excited to get these. Sadly, they did not live up to the reviews. Pros: Look, Sound, Easy Bluetooth Connect Con1: Mic is horrible! I spoke to different people with different carriers and everyone had difficulty hearing me and there was sometimes an echo for the other person. No it's not my phone. My other cheaper headsets work fine. Con2: The Electrical Feedback is extremely loud. Loud enough that when I listened to soothing, non-lyrical, low-key music I could hear the loud, buzzing feedback the entire time. Not soothing at all. No it's not my phone. My other cheaper headsets work fine. Yes, I was aware about Sony's Sound Settings and I did change them, but it didn't help. Con3: I know these are over the ear, but I had huge gaps around my ears. They were not as fitting as the display in the store or as they looked in pictures. Felt weird. For the purpose I needed them for, I would not recommend. But if you solely want headphones to listen to "loud," upbeat music, these are awesome. I can't afford to pay $150 for a product and not have all of the features working properly despite how often I use them. I spent another $60 and got the JBL Elite 300s. Much, much better than the Sony's. But for $210 I would expect for them to have the option to skip and forward tracks...Nothing's perfect, but I like to get my money's worth.

This is a great product. The sound is good and the base is nice and deep.

My daughter loved these and I was happy to get them on sale. They sound great and the charge lasts pretty long.

If you can't give these headphones a "test drive" in the store don't worry, you'll love them! I was lucky to spend time at the Best Buy near me sampling many models & brands with a pre-conceived notion of buying a different brand/model. After a very patient & knowledgeable sales associate showed me these Sony phones I had to try them with my home application & music genre! I found after using these headphones they either met or exceeded the advertised expectations! Yes I used an audio generator to sweep the BT freq range then with the 3.5mm cord. Again as advertised; but for those who say they can hear the difference it must be their favorite music material? These do an excellent job for the $. They are feature packed & paired with my iPhone I can stay in touch using the "phone" while taking walks and listening to music! Excellent & convenient control on the headphone to answer calls, talk, and change music is easy & without faults! I love bass but admit I rarely use this "bass boost" feature & is there as needed; it adds approx 6bd boost in BT mode! The only down side for myself (if there is one) they can feel heavy on the ears after 4+ hours of use vs a pair of non BT "on ear" phones I own but being these are "over the ear" phones, they do a nice job of noise canceling without paying for it!

Great using either by or wired. Great Product at a great price point.
