Went into the store and was glad they had it on display to hear and hook up to your phone. By far the best sound quality compared to the other brands. The extra bass makes a huge difference. Also it's comfortable, wireless and battery life last long. I love it!

Awesome headphones! They are comfortably over the ear, with great sound quality. The extra bass is a nice touch, even though I wasn't looking for it. Battery length is long, and bluetooth works great. With the right music, you can put these on, close your eyes, and forget where you are! Feels like you're inside the song. ;)

I ordered these headphones as an early Christmas gift to myself. I got them at a deep discount, but after having them about a month they are worth full price. The sound from these is better than sound from some full room theater set ups. They connect easily and quickly with all devices that I have used. The battery seems to last forever between charges, this week alone I have used them around 15 hours and the week before between 5 and 10 hours all on one charge and are still going. I am used to in ear headphones so it took a little time to adjust having these on my head. I have them set as small as they go but wish they could go a little smaller, but maybe I just have a small head. Overall these are nice and compact to most others I have tried. If these broke for any reason I would buy them again in a heartbeat. They are very comfortable for long usage, I wear glasses and sometimes the pressure from the padding and my glasses cause a little irritation. The headphones block out a lot of surrounding noise, when my glasses are on there is some sound leakage, not the fault of the headphones.

I am a musician and sound is super important to me I read and tested a lot of reviews from beats to Sony to boss and Bose and all the others but these won you can either plug them in or go wireless and the battery life is astonishing it says to be a 14 hour charge but I use them for about 6 hours a day a week and it last and lasts

Bought during BF sale, Good Quality. Though 70$ would be a worthy price, the 99$ price tag is ok as it gives 20 Hours Non Stop Music, NFC, AUX, Bluetooth, MIC and all..

Bought this on Black Friday for a good price. It's very comfortable to wear. Light weight and soft. Sound quality is good

I tried beats by dre and their good. The Sony with extra bass has me hooked to where I was upset because I forgot to charge them and I didn't have the cable to hook them up to my phone. I had to use my scull candy headphones that I had with me and they had me wanting to hurry up with my workout because they don't have bass boost and don't sound as good. The battery seems to last forever is why I forgot to charge it. The bass boost is the best feature. The cost over beats was a good selling feature.

Nice sounding headphones...easy to pair with Samsung phone with NFC. Bass switch definitely works but I prefer non Bass enhanced. Nice feature is that these can be corded to the music player if the batteries are out of juice. I feel that they are just a little teeny bit heavy but they are very comfortable to wear and do isolate the music to your ears. I got them for $99 over xmas holiday sale...not sure I would pay $199 msrp...for any headphones for that matter. Did I mention they look sharp too?

I purchased on Black Friday for $99. The fit over your entire ear with nice padding for comfort on extended use. They have good sound with the extra bass option being nice when desired. The construction is well built with a smooth for and finish. Solid feel with some sort of light weight metal. When turn them up all the way the sound has good balance but not great. Over all for the price they are a great head phone and for the price I wish I had bought two pairs instead of one.

After reading some reviews mentioning an exaggerated bass, I initially passed. I can say now that I find myself using these much more than my Sennheisers & ATH m50x. It cannot be understated that these have been one of the best wireless headphones I've used. The Sony ZX770BN sounded frail & I found its noise cancellation function very disappointing. With its thick cushions, the MDRXB950BT do a much better job at blocking outside noise. For the sale price these often drop to, the majority of consumers will not be disappointed. I will say these are not for professional audio mixing or mastering. For everyday use, including gaming, they produce an impressively warm sound that is hard to compete with. They pair beautifully with any Samsung Galaxy when adjusting the phone's equalizer. My fiance loves them and are now her favorite cans to use. They're very comfortable & last days before needing a recharge. For those wondering, they will pair with a PS4 & PS Vita, but the mic does not function with these systems. I cannot recommend these headphones enough.

Very impressed with the sound quality of these wireless headphones. Bluetooth signal is strong up to about 20ft. from bluetooth device, so works great with a cell phone carried in your pocket. Extra bass feature is impressive but can be overpowering with certain types of music. Good quality, comfortable fit. Like the volume controls on the headphones. Got a great deal on Black Friday so I bought 2 pairs- for me and my Son. Glad I did. Comparable to Bose quality at less than half the price.

These are easily the most comfortable, best overall sounding headphones I've ever owned. And I've owned plenty from Bose, JBL, and yes even Sennheiser. These are the perfect blend of headphone with added bonuses excellent battery and the ability to turn the bass up to an unnecessary but jaw dropping level.

This product delivers great sound and holds its charge for a considerable amount of time. Comfortable fit and weight. Only wish they'd fold for easier transport.

I got my pair for a decent price during the sale of the day, so I can't complain about that. However, tho the Sony headphones have pretty good sound, it definitely not Bose or Beats quality. The sound is a little muffled, and especially with the extra bass setting on. Not muffled enough to not be able to enjoy the music, just noticeable enough to when to wear and when not to. Setup was pretty easy, they are pretty comfortable, even when running. Sound isolation is adequate, however wouldn't expect noise cancelling because these don't have it.

Good sound, battery lasts a long time, bass boost is very nice. Sometimes there is difficulty connecting to a device, but overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

I had beats studio before this and those just came apart after a month or so. I decided to look at other options, I tried all the ones I could test at the store and these headphones are great. The bass is perfect and they are so good you don't even need noise cancellation. They are also well built. They don't come with a carrying case so I just stuff them in my bag and they haven even scratched yet.

I have about three MDR-X05 Sony Headphones that got me through college. I have been looking to cut the cord for sometime now and did not realized that there were headphones out that performed as well as wired headphones that were Bluetooth/wireless. These are by far the best headphones that I ever touched! They exceed my expectations! Now I can walk around the house or use my various computers without any wires or I can always use the wire if needed. Nice job Sony!

I will allow that I am not an audiophile. That said, these headphones have been wonderful. The sound quality is great, and this was confirmed by my much pickier son. The over the ear, rather than on ear, feature is what convinced me to purchase. Most headphones hurt my ears after a short time and so I was unwilling to spend much on them. These are very comfortable and I use them often. The mic is good enough quality that I am able to use them for conference calls.
