Good sound but not comfortable

I can go almost anywhere in my condo and still get good reception. I did have trouble in the beginning linking. It worked fine once I stop trying to follow the directions and just held the button down till the lights blinked blue and red. The biggest problem is my ears are pinched and begin to hurt after 15 to 20 minutes. The next set I get will have bigger ear pockets.
