I'm disappointed because they were not cheap.. I'm going to go in to the store and see if they will replace them.

Sound quality is about average. The only negative i can think of is the faux leather is peeling and chipping off. Not sure how long they are suppose to last but we've been pretty satisfied.

The sales associate was quick to determine the best fit for him, especially with the fact that he wore hearingredients aids. He even set up an app on his phone so that he could do wonders "his" music to his phone. We were both very pleased with this purchase.

I don't know if it is a computer problem or a Head Phone problem but sometimes it loses connection when idle and I have to power off both the headphones and the Bluetooth radio on the pc and then reconnect to make it work.
