Bass, Bass, Bass! For the short time I've had them there great!

I wasn't expecting much out of these headphones when I first bought them. I was pleasantly surprised at how good they were. Nice mids, highs, and the extra bass button is a nice feature. A worthy set of headphones from Sony.

Bought these Headphones for my nephew and he absolutely loves them. Don't let the Extra Bass feature scare you off. The sound great with that feature off and if you want to pump the bass you can turn the extra bass on.

I was looking for a pair of wireless headphones to use while drumming....something that had good, crisp sounds without going to the Bose, Beats price range. They were on sale for less than $100 and sound fantastic!

I've tried many pairs of headphones in my quest to find some that allow me to get lost in music. I hate wires, as much as I love the wired quality.The bass is ALMOST perfect, in terms of Bluetooth, they are perfect.

Beats headphones, which are made by Dr. Dre who I have mad respect for, have nothing on these. I did a lot of research and tested out a lot of different headphones and these sound better than any Beats or Skullcandy or any other brand I tried. They are very musical and have clean, separated sound all the way from the highs to rich, full. powerful lows. Speaking of lows, the bass booster function is super fun and adds ridonkulous amounts of bass. I don't use it all the time but only when I want to add some extra oomph and just have fun. I don't recommend always using it because it will make the sound too bass heavy sometimes and can muddy it up on some songs. The highs and mids are crisp and clear and just sound fantastic. That alone would make these great headphones for the price but there is so much more. They look fantastic, have huge plush comfortable ear pads, and a great headband. But holy cow, they are also wireless! Bluetooth 4.0 plus Apt-x codec for high quality, lag free sound. (Can also be used without bluetooth by using a standard headphone cable. Using them this way you get an even wider dynamic range of 3hz(what?! That's lower than most subwoofers!) to 28khz.) A microphone for calls, volume control, pause, skip, rewind and fast forward controls and built in lithium ion rechargeable batteries with excellent life. What more could you possibly ask for in a headphone? Noise cancelling I guess? But honestly, I put these on and without any music playing they drown out outside noise so noise cancelling isn't even necessary on these. One final note, be sure to go to sony.com and download the help guide for these, which is actually the full user manual. It is super helpful and It explains how to change the setting to allow it to use the apt-x codec, otherwise it uses SBC. Also, make sure you get a bluetooth adapter that uses apt-x as well. I don't think built-in bluetooth chipsets have it yet, maybe on brand new pcs but I would double check for it because it allows totally lag free sound for videos and gaming. Very highly recommended product. Can't rave enough about them.
