Bought this headset for my girlfriend (who doesn’t play games that often but all she had to chat was the 1-ear bud that PS gives you). A few of my friends with this headset had issues of mic echoing and picking up audio from the headset (you think a product with an internal mic would have this troubleshooted already). My girlfriends doesn’t echo but her chat volume is still incredibly low with all of the settings boosted up. Headset has a good audio quality and a sleek look but that seems to make the button interface tough to navigate at first. All in all a decent headset for basic purposes but more often than not I’ve seen it get returned because it doesn’t function properly. My recommendation is to stay away from this and buy a Steel series, Logitech or Astros headset for consistent pricing and quality. Turtlebeach varies too much in their prices and quality.

The only reason I bought these is because my original PS4 Gold headset broke. Those ones were foldable and poorly constructed. These are a one piece flexible construction and feel great!!! Not as much bass as some other headsets, but still sound good, especially for the price. The virtual surround sound is great for any FPS.

Great headset. 4 stars only because the originals had a better fit for me, and because these don't fold like the original. These don't quite fit over my ears, which makes them get a little uncomfortable after a while. Certainly not a deal-breaker, and not even that big an issue. Just a personal preference.

some of the best headphones you can get for the PS4. Comfortable but the material break down fast. i have had to replace the headset usually 2 to three times a year. ether the foam comes apart or the head band breaks so I will only recommend this if you buy best buys protection plan.

Sure there are other more premium headsets out there...but I feel if you don't use them as often [like me] these are a pretty good value. I love how they have slimmed down the design and battery life are quite impressive. It also doesn't hurt that they work on a Nintendo Switch :-)

Really excellent buy that works like a charm for me

I bought these to replace my original PlayStation Gold headset that was showing a bit wear and tear. So far these have met and exceeded my expectations. The cups are nice and don't hurt my head from wearing them too long. The audio quality is the same as the older sets, with the simulated surround sound, sounds great.

This is a great headset. Virtual surround works really well, they are quite comfortable. More so than the standard gold edition. Dropped one star for the battery life (~4 hrs) and the unintuitive buttons. Not a deal breaker though. Highly recommend if you can still get your hands on one.

I previously owned the black pair and the gold series did not disappoint. The Audio in the ps4 is pretty clear, and the people at the receiving side can hear very Well. Captures all sound. It does not produce noise pollution so your gaming won’t bother other people. The Bluetooth connection is seamless! Awesome product!

Excellent, my fiance is work from home and uses these to take all her calls. She had some pretty poor head set from work and these are awesome. No customer ever ask her to repeat herself so they work. She can hear crisp and clear much so more than the work provided headset.
