I like these new verions better than the old because they are way more durable and comfortable. Other than that they pretty much sound the same and work the same. Id recommend getting the companion app and use the uncharted preset for best experience

as i lay camping in the corner of their spawn the sound from the headset lets me know they are there.... BAM spawn trap...i continue to go 30-0 on Modern Warfare....excellent sound quality...bring on the noobs........

Nothing makes me and the hubs happier than him being able to hear his gaming ventures clearly and I not having to hear it at all! ;) I think I love these more than he does ha! They work great :)

The Sony Gold Stereo headset is excellent. I have used them all the time playing online games and they do a great job cancelling out noise. They are very comfortable to wear and an overall great product.

They are really good head phones I just misplaced the wire I have To connect from the headphones to my control and it’s very hard for me trying to find that wire other than that the great headphones

Overall, these headphones work perfectly for my needs. I’m a simple gamer and needed something a little better than the small headset I had. I love the wireless feature, but my battery does drain pretty quick. But still a good product!

I bought this for my son for his PS4 and he loves it! He said the sound quality is excellent! The salesman at Best Buy in Elyria was very helpful and they even price matched it, which made it even better! I recommend this product!

I bought this for my fiance for his Playstation 4 and he absolutely loves it and says its the best pair he has ever owned and needless to say he is playing his games more often. Great sound and quality.

This is my favorite pair of headphones for the PlayStation. It lasts a long time. However, the build of the part that goes over head not only does it look cool it also can break very easily.

Love the look, feel and most importantly, the actual performance. Much better than a Turtle Beach headset I got a couple years ago. This set is truly wireless and I've had no issues over the past month or so since I bought it.

You can use them wirelessly on a rechargeable battery or you can use the included headphone jack and use them as corded headphones without charging. The built in mic works wirelessly and wired.

Love these headphones. I can hear everything great and you can customize the sound to your liking. For example, you can increase the volume for your party chat and lower the game volume, and vice versa.

Sony has outdone themselves with these amazing headset. I can only imagine what the platinums must sound like. The virtual reality surround makes it even better when gaming online.

I have tried several different headset and this one sits at the top for me. The sound quality is good and the fact that you can adjust the game volume as well as the chat volume works for me.

Nice design, really comfortable, nice surrounding sounds...ect. Gave it a two star because... got it for a month now and starting to notice there was sounds coming from them? Idk but it’s them weird sounds that you can’t hear it but if you’re on the mic with your friends they can hear it.. it’s like scratchy noise.. sometimes just makes scary loud fan like noise and also my friends said i sound muffled and all they hear from me was blabberish sound? Probably a mic problem? ... but if u go to mic adjustment setting you can hear it when it happens.

Very comfortable on my ears. Somewhat noise cancelling. Sometimes I have a hard time hearing what others are saying and they say the same thing about me. I have tried resetting.

Bought my son several headphones and they break very easy. These have been very durable and have lasted a long time he loves these he says compared to all the other Turtle Beach ones I bought

Great sound for the money. Very light and comfortable… But break very easily. Definitely get the added protection warranty.

For the price, it offers great value and sound quality. Also some games have custom sound EQ settings which brings out the best audio. Wireless feature doesn’t work with PSVR, you have to plug it in with auxiliary cord.

I purchased these for my son and he loves them. He tells me that they have great sound. He also likes the color which makes them stand out.
