Could be great

I have looked into this via forums and it is a known problem. They are not fixing it, I would avoid this camcorder unless they start fixing problems on a $1000 camcorder. I need to be able to shoot in manual focus mode and it loses focus and hard to get it back. I will not buy another Sony product again unless they fix there issues with their current camera's. When it is in focus, the videos are great, but again, none of that matters if it isn't in focus! Thanks Sony!
