Great camcorder for beginners

Good camera

The videos are pretty good but when you are in less than optimal light it tends to get a little grainy. Photos on this camcorder are definitely not the best. I returned because I was looking for a camera for a grandchild and we will be using it indoors so the quality will not be great.

What if the door breaks off? Also, the battery is dead already. I bought this a few weeks ago. I would like to bring the camcorder back and buy a different more improved one. Please advise. Largely bought for webinars and the zoom lens of course, which does make for better framing. Would recommend buying a higher end unit though as the above mentioned grain isn't really acceptable even at this price point
