Used it yesterday all day, then charged it. Today? Yeah, battery went dead and so did the camera. It won't work, won't charge, nothing. 3 1/2 months later, only 4 or 5 uses, and it's dead. Of course BB won't help because I didn't buy their warranty, so now I have to go through Sony. How ridiculous. Stay away from this one.

Unfortunately you can't pause during a recording, which was a huge bummer for us. We put the camera away for a couple months and when we went to use it again the battery was completely dead and wouldn't charge. I'd buy a replacement battery, but we really use this camera sparingly, so I would rather not have to buy a new battery every couple months we decide to use it.

I left it on the charger for 2 days and still no charge. So I used it with elec cord. Then it started shutting down and restarting every 3 minutes when recording. Took it back for a refund. PS. This was the 2nd camera I had to return because of problems. The other one would not auto focus and digital zoom did not work. Very disappointed with Sony!

Not such good picture quality

The video quality is really bad, especially in low light conditions, very grainy videos. Probably fine for daytime use, but don't use it for your indoor weddings.
