Not Worth The Price

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Camcorder doesn’t take videos in great quality, missing many features that even older camcorders had, like Night Vision. Zoom is entirely digital and not optical, and build quality is very cheap.

Used it yesterday all day, then charged it. Today? Yeah, battery went dead and so did the camera. It won't work, won't charge, nothing. 3 1/2 months later, only 4 or 5 uses, and it's dead. Of course BB won't help because I didn't buy their warranty, so now I have to go through Sony. How ridiculous. Stay away from this one.

I left it on the charger for 2 days and still no charge. So I used it with elec cord. Then it started shutting down and restarting every 3 minutes when recording. Took it back for a refund. PS. This was the 2nd camera I had to return because of problems. The other one would not auto focus and digital zoom did not work. Very disappointed with Sony!

Not such good picture quality

The video quality is really bad, especially in low light conditions, very grainy videos. Probably fine for daytime use, but don't use it for your indoor weddings.
