Being Sony I figured it couldn’t be that bad. Well I was wrong. The battery is horrible. Took it to record my brother’s basketball game and didn’t even get to the 4th quarter.

Bad camcorder

Posted .Hello SteveH56, we are sorry to hear that the camera did not meet your needs. If Windows doesn't recognize the camera, please verify your USB connection settings and you can initiate the connection manually in the Connection menu. The camera doesn't live stream to Ustream anymore but to IBM Video Streaming, it is also possible to use an external capture card with an HDMI cable. If you still encounter technical issues please contact our customer support.
