We were looking for a simple, easy to use camera to replace a rather expensive one that broke. We have 2 kids that play sports year-round and use the videos we take to analyze and learn from. So far this camera has done the job. Very quick to turn on and off. Starts recording immediately where you left off. Zoom is good. No problems. We have been using this for a month now.

Great lightweight and basic camera for someone just starting off. It has great quality as well. I love that the screen can turn into selfie mode. Also a big plus is that it has a usb attached to it. No need to go around searching for a cable all the time. Only thing I’d fix is making it touch screen and maybe “smart” to able to directly upload to YouTube.

This is a good video camera at an affordable price. It provides high quality video and photos, but note that it is not 4K and doesn't have too many bells and whistles like you do with the newer models. Our use for the video camera is to use it as a monitoring device and is on a tripod all the time. We need to review the footage occasionally. So having the video on a microSD card makes it easy to swap out the cards and keep the camera recording while reviewing the recorded footage on a PC or TV. Video camera takes up to 512 GB microSD card without issues (I have not tried cards with higher capacity than that.) One thing I should point out, just in case someone cannot find their videos on the microSD card: The video files get saved into a "private" folder by default.

My only concern about this camera was that the sound would not be picked up from presentations, yet as it turns out, it did! Nicely designed with USB port that tucks in to the wrist holder so it cannot get lost. It's quite functional and practical at the same time.

We bought this camera to record the kids swimming events. We were tired of using our cell phones to record the events and the hassle of getting the movies off the phone just became too much, plus the limited space. This camera is easy too use, makes good movies, has plenty of space for several movies. Its easy to get the movies onto a computer to edit.

This camera exceeded my expectations with video and image quality. It has a surprising ability to record in 1080p HD quality, and while you need the proper lighting to take full effect of it, that it is still a well executed feature was not something I would have thought this little handycam could pull off. Amazing bang for your buck and a great starter camcorder!

Love it! It is so light. Actually lighter than my cell phone. It took awesome video of my daughter’s wedding. In fact numerous people used it throughout the wedding with no need for instructions. It is that user friendly. I am actually thinking about giving a couple for Christmas presents. Very reasonably priced

I was absolutely bowled over by the quality of the photographs. They are crisp and clear. The zoom is fabulous, and most of the time, I didn't have problems with blurry zoomed photos. Even in low light, I never had to use a flash.
