This camera does everything the other models do except it doesn't have a built in memory or WiFi. I bought a 32 gig memory card for 19 dollars which gives me considerably more memory than the ones with built in memory. If you want to have WiFi or Bluetooth just use the USB connector to plug it into your laptop. I can't imagine why you would need a built in projector unless you were some place where a flat screen isn't available. This has the same picture quality as camcorders costing 4 times as much, it just doesn't have all the bells and whistles.

I purchased the camera because of the size & weight. It is a great choice for those times when you do not want to use your phone.

I would recommend this camera to any one pretty much aim and shoot. Nice zoom and anti shack . Takes a nice picture

I was looking for a video camera for my 11 year old daughter. I found this to meet all our requirements and was a great deal.

Camera is very compact and easy to use. High definition. Would recommend to anyone, whatever their needs be.

The camera itself is a nice compact size. Took really nice video at the highest bit rate, especially outdoors. Got a little grainy indoors. It is simple to use. Once you have the video is where the issues start. First you can not remove the media card to read using a card reader on a computer. You are meant to connect the camera via the on board USB and pull it in that way. Which means you need to pull video you want off the camera and save it other places since storing the cards won't help if the camera dies. Second the software from Sony is the only way to download video with a Mac. And the resulting files had artifacts and corruption. I ended up using a Windows 10 system which natively sees the camera to transfer the video to my Mac.
