Not only was it missing all the cords (not surprising, that's okay), but it was also missing the battery and battery cover and was generally not in good condition. I would be wary to purchase a used item here.

Largely bought for webinars and the zoom lens of course, which does make for better framing. Would recommend buying a higher end unit though as the above mentioned grain isn't really acceptable even at this price point

The videos are pretty good but when you are in less than optimal light it tends to get a little grainy. Photos on this camcorder are definitely not the best. I returned because I was looking for a camera for a grandchild and we will be using it indoors so the quality will not be great.

What if the door breaks off? Also, the battery is dead already. I bought this a few weeks ago. I would like to bring the camcorder back and buy a different more improved one. Please advise.
