The start/stop button gets stuck intermittently also when it's turned on keeps coming up with an error message and when I try to fix the problem does not do it! And the worst thing is Best Buy won't fix it and had me contact Sony to get it fixed and Sony would be charging me for the repair. And the only authorized service centers they have are in Connecticut and New York which means I have to ship the camera to them. Too too much work, not easy/convenient at all! I am sooo unhappy with this purchase and I spent $400+ on this digicam. :((

I told him I was buying for my 8 year old grandson, and was there everything inside for him to hook up to tv on x-mas day, and record us and then watch, he said yes, I don't know much about these new devices. There was not a memory card inside, so he could do nothing! He cried his little eyes out! I was very disappointed! Was going to bring back, but he did not want me to, cause he wanted that one. So overall, I was very disappointed that salesman told me what ever I wanted to hear to make a sale! I need a new laptop like now, I will not purchase at your store!
