This camera was more than I hoped for for the price. Takes good HD pictures, even in low light, on wide angle with steady-cam the pictures look like they were shot using a tripod. Some reviews complain about the picture quality, but I think it was the setting to get maximum time that would reduce the resolution, then another complained about Best Buy Salesperson who gave bad info and rated this camera one star. I have a friend who saw the results and is going to buy this same great quality bottom of the line without all the bells and whistles that neither one of us needs. I've posted my first video edited with Pinnacle 19.5 on Vimeo in HD and have gotten good comments about the quality.

Totally worthless because of this. I already have a smartphone so the only reason for this product to exist is for an HDMI out webcam, which sony missed the mark completely.
