Color capture seems to have gone wrong. Very poor quality. Rest all works good. Trying to get through customer service, but no luck so far. Possibly COVID-19 disruptions, so am following up patiently.

- Verify that your white balance is set to auto or on the appropriate one: Menu > Camera/Mic > Manual Settings > White Balance
- Verify that you selected auto scene or the appropriate one as well: Menu > Camera/Mic > Camera Settings > Scene Selection
- If the previous two are correctly set and you still have that blue tint, try resetting the camera by doing the following: Menu > Setup > General Settings > Initialize > Ok

But I bought it for streaming and the two free services it advertises (Facebook and Twitter) no longer let you stream. So the only other option is ustream which is crazy expensive!

Using the projector is fun but the menu screen takes a little time to navigate. It is very lightweight but not sure it would survive a hard drop. Haven't had a durability test and hopefully never will. Other than that I would buy it again and got it for $315.95 open box

I used it maybe 5 hours max in the 9 months that I had it and for no reason at all, the camera is dead when I go to use it after about a month of sitting. I bought a new battery and a charger to make sure it wasn't the battery and sure enough the camera is dead. I never dropped it and barely used it really. Most of the few hours I used it were spent using the projector. I know it is within warranty but it is a serious hassle and after shipping and labor it may not even be worth the time. I think a new camera should last more than 4 or 5 hours use in 9 months.

The projector is great and makes it so easy to replay what we recorded without any hassle or time consuming video/file transfer.

Two minor issues are battery life is short. I record my kids sporting events and two hours run time seems to be the average on full charge. Had to buy extra batteries. Other issue is I wish the recording feature had a "pause" button so the video stores on one continuous file. I only have the "stop" button and this separates the video into a file every time. Minor stuff.
