The music sounds clear, could be louder and wished it had a remote

A little pricey but has been so worth it. Always comes in clutch at parties. Not the easiest think to carry around, but wanted something loud without paying $500 for a different speaker. The size is the only reason for 4 stars. I still highly recommend

This is so far the best speaker I have purchased I don’t have to hire any DJs now to play my music loud. Trust me this speaker will play your playlist so loud. The police always ends up showing up.

I bought this for future parties as my sister is getting married. It's loud, but I recommend if you are entertaining quite abit of people - get the smaller speakers as well because the wireless party is amazing. Battery life is probably the best thing about this.

This Sony speaker has good sound and some pretty good features, but they are not intuitive, or easy to use. We started having trouble with the buttons on top intermittently not responding, after about 6 months of infrequent use. After 9 months, a couple of buttons don't respond at all, including the power button. When we plug it in, it is just on, we can't turn it off. We will be contacting Sony for a replacement. At this point I would still recommend it, for the sound and the features, but if the replacement has similar problems, I would have to reduce the quality score, and switch to not recommended.

I love my speaker - it's awesome - it is a bit heavy but if you're not going to be needing to carry other than to move it - it's good. The only thing is - I can't seem to keep the lights off - I turn them off they after a few minutes they turn back on.....

We have used this speaker for several outdoor movies. It has excellent sound quality that projects across our yard easily. I was looking at lower priced speakers but am very happy that I got this one instead.

So we purchased this during a Black Friday deal and the sound is amazing on this thing!!!! We know people who liked it just as much as we did and they rushed out to buy one doe themselves too.

Using this speaker with the Nebula projector, connecting with Bluetooth from an Apple TV works perfect for movie nights. It’s also a lot of fun just turning it on anywhere and being able to feel the bass! Not for audiophiles, however.

We bought this so my son can play music from his phone. But within a few hours it was hooked up to the TV by Bluetooth and has completely replaced the surround sound system that we had. Now have to buy another one so that he has his own.

This is a good bluetooth speaker for home and outside. Typically it'll last me about 5 hours if I turn the lights off, bass off and the volume a little less than max. Only negative is the bluetooth range is probably around 10-15 feet.

This is the fourth one ... I use them four outdoor movie night.. .connect it to chrome cast and make it surround ... they are awesome and battery life is exceptional

Great portable system with Bluetooth to play your customized playlists with all the EXTRA BASS you want or need! Bluetooth range is excellent and sound quality lives up to the Sony name!

So far its worked perfectly. We've had it outside every weekend in the AZ heat and its holding up. Wife hooked a microphone to it and it survived our drunk karaoke so we may buy another one to upset our neighbors in stereo.

I like the speaker but its not great. the smaller one is just as good....

I liked the bigger speaker, but not being able to use the buttons on the top was a dealbreaker. Swapped down to the xb60, and I am pleased to be able to have had no issues with this speaker.

This is a very good Bluetooth speaker good power and good quality

One of the best investments over.. going to buy another one soon.
