It sounds good and gets loud enough to please the crowd but can only be plugged in to an outlet. That limits the speaker to hone use pretty much. If you plan on having a speaker as a stationary one, this is an excellent choice.

Decent sound for a party

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have 2 of them use them in stereo mode great for parties no need for a DJ if you get two I have a fairly large lanai and they will easily over power with sound have never used them in doors they do sound better standing upright on a solid base. I have them mounted up hi laying on there side so far no complants can be a bit heavy on the base if your into rock but for pop music they sound decent.
