Could have better sound. Should have bought bigger

My favorite speaker! I tested all and was considering the wireless one like this one but the wired version sounds much better in my opinion since there is no room for glitches. I love this and everyone at our parties do too! The lights are a special add on too because we had the bigger version previously and it had the lighting around so the compact version having lighting too is wonderful.

The Speaker Is great the only downfall I really have against it is that you have to have it plugged into an outlet in order to use so it’s not as portable

This box is fun, loud, and overall okay. Love the features and the audio quality is okay but honestly lacking in sub bass.

It was not as full sounding as I had hoped for. Bass is mediocre at best. It does serve it’s purpose for my needs but I had much higher hopes for the sound.

Love Sony brand. This was just an ok product. The LED lights that change color don’t truly sync up I feel.

Very disappointed it's not battery powered it's plug-in only I should have read the box it was a good deal I thought it's just a plug-in radio lights I don't know if I can return it cuz it was on sale or clearance

It was an open box purchase. No connection wires at all were included, but the return process was extremely easy

This product works very well. It is great for entertaining. Only downfall is a power outlet is required.

This is one of the best audio systems I have ever used in my home. The sound is rich and can get quite loud when desired. The ability to connect multiple Sony BlueTooth speakers to spread out the sound works amazingly well. The FM tuner is digital, so finding the right station was simple. My wife was a little annoyed that the lights wouldn't turn off when she hit the power button, but there's a labeled button that you can long-press to turn them off. The lighting controls are easy to manipulate from the app.

The Sony GTK-XB72 Home Audio system brings all the right stuff to the table. The System features Bluetooth that is super intuitive and easy to connect with. It has Ambient lighting that fills the room with vibrant colors in the dark while making you feel like you’re at your local night club with strobe light features. The Extra bass is a highlight of this system as it brings that extra punch to the party to get the tunes moving! I tried this system in 3 different settings: 1. Home Gym: I connected it to the Peloton Bike and was able to hear the instructors clear and crisp. I then connect my Apple iPhone X and Android tablet while being able to stream Spotify, Apple Music through the device. (It was easy to connect with the XB72 on all devices as it picked it up quickly. 2. Secondly, loved the versatility by being able to lay it horizontal or vertical. Tried it in a larger gymnasium setting and produced a lot of output. I went and connected the speaker to another Sony Speaker (connected them together wireless) and both were in sync and filled the room with tons of music and bass. 3. Utilized this in a company setting connected the laptop to as presentation was given, and videos played on it. It was loud and clear for everyone to be able to listen to. Also, I was able to connect a microphone into the speaker! 4. Lastly, Party function! Hooked up the tunes fired up the grill and let this system do all the talking! It was complimented as being one of the best systems people have heard! Neighbor did say was a little loud, but that’s not a bad thing, right? The features that really stood out was all the connectivity options that connect seamlessly and fast: 1. USB Port for digital files 2. Bluetooth 3. NFC ( Near Field Communication) Overall this system makes good on all its promises of EXTRA BASS, Seamless Connection, Karaoke Function with microphone input and it even has a built in tuner!

When it works, It ok not as loud as I wanted. I used it outside, sound does not travel. But the worst part is no matter who's phone is connected after maybe 20-25minutes it stops playing. It shows connected and no matter what, It won't start playing again until it's ready. I made the mistake of not getting insurance.

Exchanging it for something else. It wasn’t easy to connect to phone and not cordless.

Not a great sound box since I am comparing it with my existing Bose
