Attracts the Law

Is the Max Bass button only Cosmetic?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound is loud and clear. I actually really like the sound. What ruins it for me is the “BASS”. I’m extremely confused. Even putting it on “EXTRA BASS” it doesn’t sound different. Family members asked me what I wanted for my birthday and this was my idea. They all watched me open the box and to plug it in to see me get excited. While everyone watching me I started playing the music... I felt terrible. It wasn’t intentional what my facial expression was... I was so shocked on how it was nothing that I expected when I reviewed this online. I couldn’t even fake the excitement but I was just shocked and trying to figure out how to turn the bass on. They said “want us to return it and look for a different one”... Feeling so guilty with how unappreciated I acted unintentionally I said NO. I didn’t want them to feel bad for the research I did online for this speaker. Seemed to get great reviews and people saying it “Shakes” the house, loud and clear and so on. I could have it on the floor and stand 2 feet away and don’t even feel the bass on max. I really do enjoy the sound and how clear it is. But I’m SOOO CONFUSED on the “Bass”? Am I missing something? Is there something special I have to do to turn it on? I tried the switch in the back, looked on the apps, and of course clicked the “Max Bass” button but nothing changes. Is it broken? Or simple a cosmetic button?

Stopped working well after 2.5 years

Quality is great and easy to use but I after having this for 2 years, the Bluetooth connection started to give out. It plays maybe 3 songs then the Bluetooth disconnects and then starts playing from your phone. Then after maybe 30 seconds I'll start playing again from the speaker and reconnect to the Bluetooth. Pretty annoying but I like this speaker so I would probably try and get this fixed rather than getting a whole new speaker.
