No Treble or Center Speaker Contol

Unbelievable.... You can adjust the bass. There are other great sound bars out there that have equalizers in them so I unfortunately took it back. Cranking up the center or voice speaker for some movies is an imperative. Not going to spend this much money and not have that feature. I also had the surround speakers and sub. The wireless hookup was flawless.

Good but there are better, cheaper alternatives

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased an open box one and the unit apparently had defective LED front panel - that thing was very temperamental sometimes it’s lit up but then after 15mins or so it’d froze (the front display) and would just completely disappear after power recycle. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of dealing with warranty so I just returned it to BestBuy. But my review here is for the sound - because the sound works just fine despite the front display glitch. I find the dialogue in movies to be slightly under powered- it’s a little hard to make out the dialogue compared to a Bose soundbar. The Sony 360 music is so great but that format is not common. The midrange on the Sony is more expansive than the Bose. Unfortunately the dialogue mode in Sony is not as good as the one in Bose hence I went with Bose. It’s too bad since I have Sony TV (though one that doesn’t have S-Center support). Perhaps if paired with a higher end Sony TV with S-Center support the end result for dialogue clarity will be different?

Check the soundbar settings.
Ensure that the IMMERSIVE AE feature is on.
Set the sound effect that is tailored to sound sources. The surround effect from all directions differs depending on the sound source.
