Great Sound Bar BUT Limited

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a huge Sony Fan, I've had the different flagship models and loved them all, and was excited for this one, esp that there was an option for rear speakers, I pre ordered all the pieces to complete my setup Everything was going great until i realized it only had 2 HDMI ports, but i needed 3, in all my past models it was standard. I have a PS5, XBox Series X and a Cable Box, so it was too late to go back, so ill make due Sony if you are reading this, all i can say is WHY have only 2 HDMI ports?

Good Sound but terrible connection issues

I keep checking to see if that will give it an update but for the last year, I still have the same issues.

While we're glad that you like its sound quality, we regret to hear that you are having an issue with your Sony soundbar. This is definitely not the customer experience we want you to have. To isolate the issue, please make sure to update the firmware of the unit. Refer to this link for more details: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/ht-a7000/software/00272379. The updates improve the general performance of the unit and resolve any possible software-related issues.
Make sure to update your TV, too. Move the speaker system away from any device that generates electromagnetic waves, such as a wireless LAN device or a microwave oven. Remove any obstacle between the soundbar (and subwoofer or rear speaker) or move them away from the obstacle. Reset the speaker system by following the steps here: https://helpguide.sony.net/ht/a7000/v1/en/contents/TP1000071009.html. Feel free to test the unit again and verify if it resolves the issue.

Apple Laptop Review

Accessing files are also faster and it seems to be more reliable. Also tech support for apple is amazingly impressive. I will consider purchasing another one soon.
