Average Sound Quality

I was rather disappointed at the sound quality of the sound bar. I replaced my Bose sound bar system to get better and richer sound quality. Instead, I gained slight improvement. The sound bar was optimized and set up properly but did not deliver. I feel it was hype to sell it.

It’s just a sound bar!

As it turns out, the trio of Sony products didn’t play well with each other and its dedicated Sony remote. I had to buy an expensive universal remote when the Sony products should’ve been capable of being controlled by its own Sony remote. I am insulted and feel that Sony and Best Buy took advantage of me. After all, it’s just a sound bar, added to a very simple system.

This is not the experience that we want you to have. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version is up-to-date for all your Sony devices. By connecting “BRAVIA” Sync-compatible devices such as a TV or a Blu-ray Disc player using an HDMI cable, you can control the devices by interlocking them with each other. The power cord remains hidden from the bar to outlet.
