      Hi justme, thank you for the positive feedback! To ensure optimal performance with the subwoofer, please follow the steps below: Press SW + on the remote control to increase the subwoofer volume. Make sure that the status indicator on the subwoofer is lit in green or orange. Set the night mode to off. If the input sources contain very little bass sound components (i.e., a TV broadcast), the sound from the subwoofer may be difficult to hear. Play the built-in demonstration music by following the steps below and check that the sound is output from the subwoofer. -Press and hold the (TV) button on the Bar Speaker for 5 seconds. The built-in demonstration music is played. -Press the (TV) button again. The built-in demonstration music is canceled and the Sound Bar returns to the previous status.     Coming from TCL speakers, this thing is amazing. We watched a lot of different movies with it, and turning the bass up to max seems to make it sound the most full. I’m glad we splurged for the soundbar with subwoofer. It’s not a full surround sound system, but it’s great for our small living room.

    I got this around Black Friday so it was on sale. It’s great for the price paid and you can definitely see the difference in audio . I do have some issue with Bluetooth connectivity (chose this bc I couldn’t hide the wire) at times with it skipping or not syncing to the lips when I watch some shows (like a lag). Usually just restarting it fixes the issue though.
