Is it better than cheap laptop speakers in modern flat panels? Yes, but if this is for a moderate to high end set up you’re getting what you pay for! The Sub is not even noticeable... I gave it 4 stars based on price. It’s going to go into the Master Bedroom. If the TV was 1 star this would be 2.5

connected between the TV and the Soundbar, then connect them firmly again. Press SW + on the remote control to increase the subwoofer volume. Would Expect Nothing Less From Sony

Would highly recommend. Only downside is one optical output slot (as I use for both cable box and playstation) but a simple $15 splitter from online can solve that.
